Challenge:

Ocean Reef Towers' garage lighting was old and dim. The T12 Fluorescent fixtures were rusty, difficult to maintain and for many residents just not putting out enough light. Building Management was looking for a sleek and new, energy efficient light source to light up their garage.

Solution:

Superior Lighting recommended retrofitting the fixtures with replacement LED fluorescent tubes. The LED tubes were extremely easy to install and much easier to maintain. The existing fluorescent ballasts were removed and once installed the LED tubes will save about 40% in energy costs and last for up to 10 years.
