Challenge:

Claridge Condo Associations' garage lighting was old and dim. The T12 Fluorescent fixtures were rusty, difficult to maintain and for many residents just not putting out enough light. Building Management was looking for a sleek and new, energy efficient light source to light up their garage.

Solution:

For phase 2 of this building's energy saving campaign Superior Lighting recommended new fixtures with replacement LED fluorescent tubes. Due to the building's proximity to the beach new new vapor tight ceiling fixtures were installed with lenses to protect components from the salt air. The LED tubes were extremely easy to install and will be much cheaper and easier to maintain. Projected savings of about 40% in energy costs.
