These compact, energy-efficient LED lamps can replace any standard MR16 lamps in interior fixtures and sockets. Their superior beam quality is ideal for accent lighting in specialty and department stores, museums and art galleries in rails, tracks, cables and pendants.
The Revlite LR16 replacement lamps are designed to reproduce the quality of light of conventional Halogen bulbs and fixtures. A color temperature selection of 4000°K for high brightness, high traffic and retail display areas provides plenty of illumination for task lighting. A 3500°K color temperature suitable for meeting and more intimate spaces provides for more relaxed lighting while maintaining high color rendering values. Both make these bulbs ideal for replacement of traditional halogen bulbs. Years of research have culminated in the Revlite LR-16 replacement bulbs. This bulb integrates the five key elements of a successful solid state light fixture into a near MR-16 form factor while providing enough illumination to replace a 20 Watt bulb. The Revlite LR-16 has three multi-chip 1 Watt LEDs, optical lensing, unmatched mechanical and electronic thermal management all working in unison in a small, reliable, economical package.

We really like the color temperature and light output of this well priced LED bulb. It is great for general lighting applications and performed well in a hotel elevator test we did. We did notice that there is a shadow ring effect towards the outer dimensions of the beam that could be a major drawback in very specific accent applications. Please see additional images.

The amber color is pure, unlike ordinary bulbs that filter white light, and has been specifically selected to reduce attraction of insects, turtles and other wildlife.
