Purchasing information

We make it easy for you to purchase from Superior Lighting's website! As an example, click your mouse on the 'My Account' shopping cart picture, then click on show previous purchases and you can access information for every item you will have ever purchased from us. It will display information such as product codes and item numbers, dates and previous quantities purchased! We even show you pictures of them for easy identification!

After you have entered your order into the shopping cart, the screen will prompt you to complete your purchase.

Method #1: Are you a Current customer (with approved credit)?

When prompted, you may checout using the purchase order method and we will go ahead and invoice your organization or you may pay by credit card to save the paper trail. If you select the purchase order method and you are NOT an established customer, we will contact you about establishing terms or to ask for a credit card number.

Method#2: Are you a New customer applying for credit?

Our easy to use credit form will have you establishing credit with us quickly!

	DOWNLOAD our credit application by clicking here. Please print and fill in the form. Yo may also call us at 1800-545-7778 to open an account over the phone.


	FAX or MAIL us both the completed and signed Application for Credit and your Purchase Order so we can immediately begin processing them. Again, be sure to sign and print your name by the x in the 2 places indicated on page 2 and have your signature witnessed. Fax both the purchase order and credit application to (954)735-7592 or mail them to Superior Lighting & Electric Supply Corporation, 3530 NW 53rd. St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. It will take 24-48 business hours for the application to be processed. The response time to us by your credit references may also effect the approval time needed. All incomplete or unsigned credit applications will be automatically rejected due to lack of sufficient information, etc.

Method #3: You may use one of the credit card methods below. (please choose paypal or call us to checkout with Discover.)

Existing Customers (with established credit) and Credit Card Paying Customers: Your order will be processed and shipped immediately if the products(s) are in stock. Some items are made to order and are built specifically to customer's lighting specifications and needs. (Unfortunately, the choices offered are so numerous, that it's impossible to stock them all in a finished state.) The normal lead time to process made to order fixtures usually runs as few as 5-10 business days. Some of our HID type fixtures, High Pressure Sodium, Metal Halide and Mercury Vapor can take as long as 6-8 weeks depending on the product(s) ordered.
