If an item arrives broken we will make arrangements to either refund or replace the item for you. Warranty claims can be filed within the stated warranty period of the item. We need to be able to track your order and without calling us first our warehouse will have no idea what to do with your box when it arrives. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to us without prior authorization.
